After searching online, seeing multiple people with this, but no real instant fix. Going for MMC. and checking the Group with GUI, we’ll see a few SID’s that have been expired. The message Two elements in the matrix refer too the amount of corrupt SID’s.

After the removal you’ll get a correct result in PS.
